The Details
Emilia-Romagna. Lambrusco, Malbo Gentile & Sgavetta (méthode ancestrale). Grapes are hand harvested and fermented with wild yeasts, in vats, on the skins for 15 days. Grape must is added prior to bottling, and it re-ferments in the bottle over three months.
The name of the wine translates to "under the woods."
