The Details

Parcellaire, old-vine (120+ years-old!) Macabeu from Sant Sadurni d'Anoia in the Alt Penedès in Catalonia. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed to neutral barrel for both spontaneous fermentation and élevage for over a year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
