About the wine

The Naturalist is a sparkling wine from Cambridge Road that is made using a blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir. It is produced in a cloudy raw fashion, with no additives or alterations. The organic grape juice is wild-fermented under a cap, following the style of a Pettilant Natural. This wine has a slight off-dry taste, but is balanced by a good acidity. It offers notes of roses, grapefruit, stonefruit, and white pepper.
