The Details
Several varieties of biodynamically cultivated Lambrusco by Camilo Donati in Emilia-Romagna. Grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously ferment in stainless steel and age thereafter also in steel before bottling with the addition of frozen must to kickstart refermentation in bottle. Frizzante. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
