The Details
100% Pinot Noir organically cultivated high in the Andes in the Uco Valley of Argentina. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for several hours prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation begins in concrete and is finished in bottle a la ancestral method. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Disgorged.
