The Details
70% Verdejo, 30% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) from two different sites in the Rueda. Red grapes see ~24 hours maceration while directly-pressed Verdejo is added to the juice, where the wine finishes co-fermentation in stainless steel tank. 8 Months on the lees prior to bottling. Zero/Zero.
