The Details

Organically cultivated Vermentino, Nasco and Cannonau on Sardegna. Grapes are hand-harvested  and vinified separately: white varieties macerate for 48 hours with the Cannonau being directly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and aging after blending for 6 months in cement tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 BUT - the grapes are sulfured at crush and racking when fermentation is completed, both micro doses, overall SO2 at bottling measures <25ppm.
