Manzoni Bianco + Chardonnay biodynamically cultivated from Treviso in the Veneto. 20-day maceration lends the wine texture though it drinks MUCH more like a white than anything resembling an orange wine. Spontaneously fermented and aged in terracotta jar. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Zero/zero. 12.5%ABV
