The Details
From the Salerno family's 2nd generation of winemakers comes a real natty pét-nat, undisgorged, unfiltered; nothing added, nothing taken away. 100% Aglianico from young vines planted in the sandy soils of Campania. The color is pale, veiled pink, with orange reflexes; to the nose it is fresh and fragrant, with strawberry and cherry notes. Lively bubbles that will twinkle with your Ops or Paulie Gee's slice, or just some summer sun and a blanket.
