From biodynamically cultivated vines in Lleida in Catalonia, this sparkler is Macabeo/Chardonnay/Garnatxa Blanca. Short maceration, spontaneous fermentation prior to bottling a la ancestral method unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
