The Details

100% Barbera from 20-30 year-old vines. Rossore was Fabrizio's first wine. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 3-4 weeks in concrete and spontaneously ferment prior to pressing and aging for 24 months in large slavonian botti. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 (minimal SO2 (>20ppm) added after malolactic).
