About the wine
100% Grignolino, macerated for a week and vinified in steel and cement, before aging in bottle for a full year. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with less than 20ppm of sulfur at bottling. Named for Nadia‚Äôs father, this is her brightest, juiciest wine, nearly translucent in the glass. Yeasty on the nose, like a unfiltered lambic beer. On the palate, freshly crushed strawberry and delicate tannins hit you right away, ending with a touch of sour cherry and raspberry.
