100% Ciliegiolo, a grape typically blended with Sangiovese, but here free to showcase its soft, velvety tannins and tart, bright, herbaceous red fruit. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless; unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2. The nose has a hint of balsamic, but mostly leads with maraschino cherry and cranberry notes.
