100% Garnacha Peluda (aka Hairy Grenache) from 50-year-old vines in Batea. From the winemaker: "Slow and calm bleeding is the key to achieving this rosy color while preventing the wine from receiving aggressions that alter its aromas." Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2. A touch of residual sugar is present!
