The Details

100% Garnacha Blanca biodynamically cultivated in Catalonia. Grapes are hand-harvested, short maceration prior to spontaneous fermentation in amphora & stainless steel tank for up to 2 weeks. Élevage is in stainless steel tank and demijohn for 6-9 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
