100% Macabeo from the same parcel as Bulla. 2 days skin-contact prior to fermentation. Pressed & rested in tank for 48 hours prior to racking to stainless steel tank for spontaneous fermentation. Matured in tank sur lie, bottled in the spring unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10.5%ABV
