Organically cultivated Chardonnay + Meunier (60/40) in Chavot, Chamapgne. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and this magnum bottling is a combination of 5 vintages (2019-2023). Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Brut Nature.
