The Details

85% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay from biodynamically cultivated vines. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless steel and neutral barrel. Aged for at least 3 years before bottling and disgorgement. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
