Grand Cru, Magnum Champagne! 87% Pinot Noir and 13% Chardonnay from biodynamically farmed vines in Bouzy and Ambonnay. Hand-harvested, directly pressed. Spontaneous co-fermentation, the vin clair rests for 9 months' élevage in neutral cask prior to bottling for secondary fermentation. 2 further years aging sur latte prior to disgorgement in late 2022. Aged thereafter in bottle. Minimal to no additional sulfur depending on the vintage.
