The Details
100% biodynamically farmed Chardonnay from a .6HA parcel of middle aged vines. Neutral barrel for spontaneous fermentation and élevage up to 18 months prior to bottlign unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 at bottling.
From a .6 hectare parcel with a limestone soil that used to be planted to Pinot Noir and blended into the Savigny Villages Rouge.
