The Details
A historic estate revivified in the heart of the eponymous Bonnezeaux appellation. Wines are dry here! A blending of 2 different vintages from their top two sites, 'Inter-Val' is composed of VV 2020 & Prieur des Noues 2021. Old & young-vine biodynamically cultivated Chenin Blanc in Bonnezeaux, grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged for up to 24 months thereafter in neutral barrel prior to botlting unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 13.6% ABV
