Zero/Zero biodynamic Bordeaux! 

100% Merlot from young vines planted in a single plot, 'Les Pins Francs' located in Cadillac on a hill composed of asteriated limestone overlooking the Garonne. The grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness and macerate for 10-15 days whole-bunch in vat where spontaneous fermentation also takes place. Élevage is followed by bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
