The Details
80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Abouriou (an indigenous variety to the Southwest), fermented and aged in amphora. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added SO2. A chalky and rich mouthfeel, with dark cherries, black plum and savory herbs. A distinct winter warmer, ideal for steak frites, or dare we say, duck?
