Rare as rare gets -- a monovarietal, biodynamically cultivated Petit Verdot from Graves. Natural Red Bordeaux with some age.
Bordeaux. 100% Petit Verdot, destemmed and crushed by hand. Fermented in barrel with wild yeasts, frequent punchdowns. Aged for 2 years in barrel and bottled unfined, unfiltered with a bit of SO2.
