The Details
From an excellent vintage, the Musar Rouge 2010 is composed of Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan organically farmed in Lebanon's high elevation Bekaa Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment separately via variety in tank prior to élevage of 2 years, blending and 1 more year, all in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<35ppm) added SO2. 13.5% ABV
