The Details
100% Sagrantino from organically cultivated vines in the Sierra Nevada in California. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented on the skins for a short period prior to pressing to glass demijohn and aged in the sun ("sunburned" aka Solatus Method (unique to Fargosonini)) for a whopping 24 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
