The Details

0/0 Sparkling Stunner. From Lombardia on the border with Franciacorta, this is a natural sparkler composed of 50% Chardonnay / 50% Pinot Nero from clayey/calcareous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately in concrete (spontaneous fermentation) and blended at refermentation when 15% perpetual reserve wine (all topped up in barrique) is added and the wine bottled. 60 months minimum aging in bottle sur latte prior to disgorgement and topping up with the same wine. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
