The Details
From the Kremstal in northern Austria, this is biodynamically cultivated 70% Grüner Veltliner and 30% directly pressed Zweigelt & Blauer Portugieser and macerated Sauvignon Blanc/Muskat Ottonel. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately prior to blending and bottling with residual sugar to finish primary co-fermentation under crown cap a la pétillant naturel. Disgorged and finished in bottle unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. <11% ABV
