The Details

From biodynamically cultivated vines in the Kremstal, this is a non-vintage blend of 90% Gruner Veltliner and 10% Gelber Muskateller - the oldest wine in the blend is aged 3 years and macerated for a whole-year on the skins meanwhile the youngest wine is a nouveau and macerates for just 5 days. Pressed and aged in neutral oak. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
