Entry-level biodynamic White Burgundy from Domaine Clair Obscur -- 100% Chardonnay from 43 year-old vines planted in the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age 10 months thereafter in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, 10ppm added SO2.
