The Details

100% old-vine Aligoté from the Hautes-Cotes-de Beaune. Grapes are hand harvested, directly pressed, spontaneously ferment and age in a combination of stainless steel tank and neutral barrel. Aged for 12 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
