The Details
Bone-dry biodyamically cultivated Mosel Riesling from the legendary natural winemaker Clemens Busch. 100% Riesling, grapes are hand-harvested from multiple parcels in the Marienburg with a variety of ages on the vines (up to 65 years-old). Directly pressed, the juice spontaneously ferments in both neutral barrel (60%) and INOX tank (40%). Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
