The Details

100% Chenin Blanc from vines grown on volcanic soil in the Roche-aux-Moine appelation of the Loire. Grapes are hand-harvested, direct pressed, fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 6 months in old oak. Unfined, unfiltered.
