The Details
100% Grenache Noir from 37 year-old vines planted on limestone soils in Tavel. Grapes are hand-harvested and 50% of the grapes are carbonically macerated for 6 days, the other 50% is directly pressed. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral vessel for a year before bottling unfined, unfiltered no additional SO2.
