The Details

A collab between Nico & his partner Lolita Sene (also a winemaker). This is a blend of Chardonnay/Grenache Blanc from Lolita and a 10 variety field blend from a parcel on limestone planted by Nico in 2011 to a host of ancient Rhône varieties. Grapes are hand-harvested and everything is directly pressed. Blended in 2024, aged for 10 months, bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5% ABV
