The Details

A parcellaire co-ferment of a vineyard planted in 2011 by Nico to ancient Rhône varieties on a limestone plateau. Grapes include Grenaches Gris/Blanc, Picardan, Picpoul, Clairette, Ugni Blanc, and more. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in barrel prior to 10 months aging also in barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
