The Details
100% Cinsault biodynamically cultivated on pebbly soils in Rochefort-du-Gard in the Southern Rhône. Vines average 15 years of age. Grapes are hand-harvested, carbonically macerate for 10 days before pressing. Élevage in stainless steel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
