The Details

100% Mourvédre from biodynamically cultivated vines on loamy decomposed granitic soils with a clayey bedrock in Rochefort-du-Gard in the Gard/Southern Rhône. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster berries are tossed into directly pressed juice to infuse/macerate in stainless steel before racking and aging also in stainless. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
