50% Gamay, 30% Côt, 20% Pineau d'Aunis from organic/biodynamically cultivated vines in the Clos! Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster semi-carbonically macerate in vat prior to a short élevage also in tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<5ppm) added SO2.
