The Details

A blend of two Controvento bottlings. The Alto Mare (65% Trebbiano, 15% Malvasia Di Candia, 10% Passerina and 10% Fiano) blended with leftover, unfermented must intended for the Moby Dick to spark the secondary fermentation in bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, disgorged, no SO2.
