The Details

100% Altesse this vintage from organically cultivated vines in Chautaugne in Savoie. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for 1 year in mainly 600L neutral barrel with some wine also in cuve before blending and bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10.5% ABV
