Gamay, Mondeuse, and Gamay Teinturier from organically cultivated vines in Chautaugne in Savoie. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for a short period of time before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in concrete tank for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10% ABV
