100% Trebbiano from organically cultivated vines in Puglia on the limestone Murge plateau. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed to a combination of sandstone amphorae & neutral vat. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 7 months sur lie in the same vessels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
