100% Pinot Nero from Emilia-Romagna that spontaneously ferments and macerates for 1 night prior to pressing. Aging in stainless steel prior to refermentation in bottle with the addition of fresh must. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 
Sparkling rosé wine made from Pinot Noir grapes.
