The Details

Traditional, natural artisanal Mezcal produced by Maestra Mezcaleras Margrita & Carlos Mendez Blas in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. 100% Espadín (Agave Angustifolia) harvested between 7 and 10 years of age and cooked in a conical earthen oven before milling with stone tahona. Doubly distilled thereafter in a traditional copper pot still. Bottled in 750mL, 45% ABV.
