The iconic, classic Brut from Cyril Zangs' organic orchards around Glos in the Calvados department. This is an assemblage of 69 varieties of apples, spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral vessel before bottling coarsely filtered, unfined, no additional SO2. 6.9% ABV
