About the wine

75% Garganega, 25% Pinot Bianco from the limestone soils of Colli Berici in northeast Italy's Veneto. The grapes co-macerate for about a week and spontaneously co-ferment in concrete vat prior to agingin in same vessel for ~6 months. Zero/Zero.
