60% Vermentino 40% Nero d'Avola biodynamically farmed in the Riverland, South Australia. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to stainless steel for spontaneous co-fermentation prior to bottling a la ancestral method. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 9.5% ABV
