Made in collaboration with our ol' pal Philippe Jambon, this little "slice of the south" is a blend of earthy, chewy, spicy Syrah and Grenache, that with a touch of effervescence and bacon grease up front, gives you a medium-bodied rustic red that still feels a little alien and certainly natty.
