Riesling, Blaufrankisch and Pinot Blanc (with a smattering of other varietals thrown in). Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and cofermented in large old oak barrells. Skin maceration last two weeks. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
A light-bodied, spritzy, red/white coferment. Serve chilled.
